i love my Aran sweaters and want more. i live in usa and have to order them, but one day maybe i can get one in Ireland. i would love to visit.

I bought 19 sweaters over two years. Two wouldn't fit, I tried to exchange them just for a larger size. Customer service was terrible. Finally got a return label emailed to me. Sent them back, a month latet got a call saying "we don't think these are ours." The sweaters disappeared, I never got replacem nts, cr dited back, or any subsequent returned email or phone call. Since this is the only company I bought I 0:39 rish wool sweaters from, pretty dure it was theirs. The two "small" dwratets were for a 5'2" lady, size 0, and a 4'11' lady. Yhe sweaters might have fit a six- or eight-yesr-old. The others were fine. I suspect they had outsourced those particular sizes or models, and their staff didn't know it.

I'm really disapointed, for the black friday 26/11 2021 - 11/26/2021, the shipping fees should be free for everything, just one item ! But not, it's only free for the second item !! :-(( IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING !!! I'm very ANGRY !! 10 days ago I bought a waiscoast. It'll be the last one !! I'll find someone who will do poncho for me in France and I'll not pay 25 dollars for shipping cost/fees !! It's VERY expensive !! :-(

If you're from the US, DO NOT BUY from this company! Absolute worst online company to deal with to date. We received a flawed sweater from them (very poorly made) in December. We sent TWO emails to them with pictures and a request for an exchange - it's been two weeks and they have yet to respond. I have chatted with their online chat service multiple time and have been promised multiple times a return label - never happened! They keep promising and they keep failing. Not only was it disappointing to received a poorly made sweater that should last years (won't make it through one wash) but the failure to stand behind their product makes it even worse! If you notice - they have only glowing reviews on their website. They will not publish negative reviews - CAUTION!! Terrible company!!
